An IT advisory firm has a current position open for a Remote Consulting Firm Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Working in full life cycle recruiting and hiring of consultants across several roles
Being a consistent steward of a candidate's experience
Helping build a strong employer brand experience
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree
Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills
Ability to articulate company value proposition to candidates
Ability to make outbound calls and build relationships by phone
Superb communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Applications, Internet, and Outlook
