As the Program & Operations Manager for the T&S Bay Hub, you'll be the focal support person for the Hub Site Leader and other local senior leadership, leading, scaling, and driving operational and communications activities enabling the successful operations of the Hub and its strategic priorities. You'll act as a consensus builder, strategic thought partner, and executor in partnership with the Hub Site Leader, Site HR Leader, HR PMO, and L&D team. Your role will be responsible for building and maintaining key cross-functional relationships with other leaders and managers locally and globally and you will act as a liaison for the Hub Leader. You'll also program manage various Hub productivity initiatives related to the Future of Work across hybrid and distributed work environments (e.g, buddy program, adoption of asynchronous working tools).

You should have an ownership mindset with a keen eye for cultural, organizational, and process improvements. You must be highly organized with exemplary interpersonal skills, and excited by the opportunity to manage and deliver key operations programs to support a rapidly growing organization. What will I be doing?

1. Bay Hub Operations: Drive topics and action items for leadership and Hub-wide meetings. Manage and improve existing processes or develop new processes to increase Hub efficiencies, including operating across multiple office locations

2. Strategic Prioritization: Proactively identify issues, areas of enhancements which provide value added insights and lead/implement strategic initiatives. Act as an advisor to hub leadership and maintain focus on strategic priorities

3. Executive Communications: Help to communicate priorities and act as a sounding board and consultant to senior leadership. Craft executive facing presentations, communications, as needed. Support organizational changes and communication around operational activities, including OKRs, budget, headcount, hiring, annual planning, etc.

4. Culture & Teams: Lead planning, execution, and support of All Hands, Town Halls, leadership off-sites, and executive leadership meetings, including messaging and decks. Help drive culture initiatives that connect, engage, and encourage Bay Hub team members in partnership with HR. Plan, launch and iterate on team wide employee engagement programs and events

5. Critical Initiatives: Partner with the Hub Leader, Pillar Leads, HR Site Lead, and Global teams to support key pivotal initiatives and cross-functional projects (as defined and prioritized).

  • 5 years experience within an operations program/project management, preferably in Trust & Safety or a comparable technical field.

  • High level of capability in the following areas: organizational effectiveness, culture development, and facilitation (both virtual and in-person)

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Expertise in navigating within ambiguous situations, with high levels of autonomy.

  • Highly organized with the ability to skillfully manage multiple projects and diverse stakeholders.

  • Highly adept at cross-functional communication and stakeholder management

  • Highly entrepreneurial self-starter capable of driving forward fast-moving projects.

  • Proven ability to rapidly identify problems, thoroughly analyze them, and deliver pragmatic solutions.

  • Skilled in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and actionable data.

Nice to haves:

  • Proficient in Spanish or Portuguese

  • Previously served as a Chief of Staff

  • Previously worked in a global facing role

  • Experience supporting operations in a hybrid and/or remote work environment
