Responsibilities:
Perform safety inspections, safety assessments, safety audits. Conduct site safety orientation. Compile daily, weekly, monthly reports. Ensure compliance for the safety of site workers and the general public
Qualifications:
NYC DOB Site Safety License. Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of OSHA-CFR 1926 “Construction Safety & Health”, the New York City Department of Buildings Construction Safety requirements, Chapter 33 and FDNY Code Chapter 14. Accident investigation capabilities/experience. Knowledgeable of various construction trades/skills. Proficient in the use of MS Excel, and basic Windows applications
