We are a rapidly growing sales compensation software solution for finance, sales reps and everyone in between. We are immediately looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer to join the team. You'll be building the core functionality of our product, helping make sales professionals' lives much easier. - Assists with mentoring and training of less experienced IT staff members
- Makes recommendations to IT management for the adoption of (1) new technology (2) industrys best practices, and (3) lead in the design or reengineering of new or existing processes
- Collaborates with team members and partners with others as needed to ensure successful completion of assigned software development tasks
- Develops software at all layers by programming, designing and testing code to meet requirements
- Design, implement, maintain and support full-stack application systems.
- Work with a highly dynamic team to deliver end-to-end solutions for business processes, using web technologies, databases and server platforms.
- Design and develop high quality, scalable, robust and reusable code and components.
- Deliver solutions that perform seamlessly across different web browsers and mobile platforms.
- Build test scenarios into your code to allow for automated testing upon integration.
- Work closely with the architect and other developers on software architecture, design, dependencies and code maintainability.
- Support and maintain the existing application, and launch new features and enhancements and communicate with stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise in using efficient technologies, methodologies and design guidelines.

- You have 5+ years of experience as a software engineer

- You have experience doing both frontend and backend web development, including writing dynamic web backends and writing CSS and JS.
