Our Role:

The Digital Marketing team is seeking a skilled Product Management Specialist with a solid understanding of digital project management, the agile scrum methodology, and marketing technology systems and processes. Our team works across all disciplines to create digital experiences to drive online conversions, deepen prospect and customer engagement, and further the PGIM brand. This role will be instrumental in driving the evolution and optimization of the digital ecosystem at PGIM Investments. The successful candidate will help research and deliver new digital initiatives, as well as ensure successful adoption of new features and functionality across business partners. The right person will be able to balance user goals with achieving business outcomes, while partnering with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects through their entire lifecycle (strategy, content, UX, analytics, SEO, and technology), along with securing input and approval from primary stakeholders
  • Support execution of the marketing technology roadmap for the firm
  • Create user stories independently and as part of a team, managing them through the full sprint cycle, including QA, final approvals, demos, and all other agile ceremonies
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on requirements, provide day-to-day support, and ensure business outcomes are achieved
  • Primary contact to troubleshoot marketing technology and platform issues as they arise
  • Manage day-to-day vendor engagement and platform administration
  • Manage and maintain documentation for projects, meetings, and SOPs

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of digital product development/management and/or customer experience
  • Proven experience gathering and transforming customer/business needs into an actionable product roadmap, and product roadmaps into product requirements
  • Strong user experience/design sense, with a record of building great experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and JIRA
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and customer experience ownership
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Drupal / AEM, SFMS / SalesForce, Marketo / Eloqua)
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Scrum or other Agile development practices
  • Experience with ADA/WCAG standards for accessibility
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries (finance, pharma, etc.) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics is a plus

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $90,000 to $120,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
