We are searching for an experienced Health and Safety Manager who brings a track record of Change Leadership and driving the safety culture, values, and activities in a challenging work environment. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced, manufacturing environment where s/he has created, implemented, and managed safety policies and initiatives. We are looking for someone who takes ownership and action to monitor, coordinate, implement, and administer Health and Safety programs/policies across multiple shifts, building relationships with Shift Supervisors and the unionized shop floor personnel. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership yourself and further expand on an existing Safety Program.]]>
