Sr. Software Developer Description:

Our client who is a global leader in the technology services space is searching for Sr. Software Developer to help redesign a flagship software application into more modern technologies and better functionality.

Sr. Software Developer Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test .NET desktop applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and create a design to realize the best solution.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good coding
• practices and habits.
• Ensure that the development and Unit testing is in accordance with established standards.
• Participate in reviews of solution designs and related code.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Package and support deployment of releases.

Sr. Software Developer Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET Framework
• Experience with commercial UI toolkits like Telerik, DevExpress, Infragistics, or others
• Experience with Visual Studio 2019+ and Blend
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and GitHub
• Experience performing Unit Testing of code using VS Tools

Sr. Software Developer Plus Skills:

• Basic understanding on Engineering concept and calculations
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Scrum Certified
• Familiar with ship structures, CAD or finite element approach are a strong plus

Sr. Software Developer Education:

• College degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience preferred
