Job Description
Sweet James LLP is looking for a talented and hard-working lawyer who has experience managing and handling PLAINTIFF contingency cases. We have both litigation and pre-litigation positions available.
This talented lawyer will report directly to one of the partners and will perform administrative, marketing, pre-litigation, litigation, and related activities.
Candidates must have strong communication and customer service skills. You must be comfortable dealing with clients directly.
Having a multi-jurisdiction license or being bilingual is a bonus. Our clients are the reason you went to law school. You will be helping people who would otherwise be bulldozed by large greedy corporations and insurance companies.
If you have a soft spot for helping people when they are at their weakest and want to be their Harvey Specter, this position is for you.
Salary starts at $100,000.00 plus bonus, full benefits including health insurance, vacation pay, payment of bar dues, MCLE and more. After the first year, you have the potential to keep a significant percentage of fees generated. Substantial room for growth within the organization.
Background in business or employment litigation is a plus.
