A jewelry supplies business is seeking a digital content creator and e-commerce store operator.
Schedule: Initially 25-30 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 30-40 hours based on skillset.
Working hours: 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday. These hours are adjustable within this timeframe for part-time work.
Responsibilities:
1. Create product images. Take product photos. Edit photos with Photoshop or similar editing software. Add annotation to the product images. Design product photo and product information image layout and style.
2. Create social media content. Design theme of social media channels. Create original and creative content ideas. Create social media posts, including images and videos. Schedule post, monitor post performance and interact with followers.
3. Create promotional content. Design and create website promotional banners, event notices, flyers, brochures, and catalogs. Write educational blogs.
4. Operate at least one e-commerce store. Create and improve product listings. SEO for listing search performance. Monitor listing sales performance. Adjust listings to improve performance. Answer questions and resolved issues for store customers.
5. Other general office routines.
Qualifications:
1. Experiences in graphic design, photography or art is preferred, and a portfolio is required for consideration.
2. Detail-oriented and well-organized, with a focus on precision, efficiency, and minimal errors.
3. Experience with e-commerce. Run store on marketplaces like eBay or ETSY is a plus.
4. Passionate about jewelry and jewelry making. Willing to research and learn knowledge about jewelry making. Good taste and sense of jewelry/fashion trending.
5. Independent and collaborative working skills, with the ability to perform effectively without constant supervision.
