Staff Pharmacist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing medication therapy management, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide medication therapy management services to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients on proper medication use and potential side effects
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Perform medication and patient safety checks
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
• Oversee and supervise pharmacy technicians

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution
• Current and valid state pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medical terminology, and pharmacy law
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and pharmacy software
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
