We are seeking experienced **Tech, Professional, Sales, Executive, Campus/University Sourcers and Recruiters (100% Remote)** who share the same standard of excellence.
**What You'll Do: **
* Build recruiting strategies and drive execution to meet hiring goals
* Execute recruiting and pipelining plans
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs in order to identify the right talent
* Develop pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies
* Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
* Cultivate a positive candidate experience from application to on-boarding, including timely communications
* Lead candidate debriefs with interviewers and business partners, voicing opinions and influencing offer decisions to secure top talent
**What You'll Need: **
* Minimum 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
* Experience in closing complex offers
* Experience with direct sourcing strategies including referral generation, online social networking, resume database mining and search engine sourcing to actively build candidate pipelines
* Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases, and sourcing tools
