GDIT is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle ERP Solution Architect to join an IT Operations Project for the Healthcare Integrated General Ledger Accounting System (HIGLAS).
In this role, you will provide technical and architectural guidance supporting all IT Operations in an Agile environment.
You will be responsible for supporting our Architecture Review Board (ARB), evaluating continuous service improvement items, including new tools, technologies, assessing the design and potential impact to our existing applications and infrastructure.
You will be a key contributor in designing, creating, maintaining, and supporting existing and future applications, infrastructure, and roadmaps.
You will also function as the primary technical liaison between all teams on the program to facilitate technical discussions with vendors, partners, and our customer.
Responsibilities include :
Experience supporting an Architecture Review Board (ARB) inclusive of multiple internal teams, which lead to discussions and presentations to our customer.
Effectively lead the discussion and collaboration of technical topics across teams and across products.
Experience developing technology roadmaps
Experience evaluating technology, market trends and industry plus identify prospective impact on our program
Support the development of requirements, designs, SOPs, project plans and presentations.
Advises on selection of technological purchases
Performs research on emerging technologies to support proof-of-concept (POC) capabilities and identify future solutions for the organization
Demonstrated subject matter expertise and experience with Oracle technologies and applications including Oracle Federal Financials R12, Hyperion, Identity Management, and OBIEE
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related degree) and 10+ years in a Solution Architect role on an Oracle ERP Program, preferably a government program (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience performing a variety of engineering and operational related assignments in an Oracle application and infrastructure environment (Exadata & Exalytics)
Familiarity with Agile processes
Experience with project management and / or practicing Agile
Advanced-level knowledge of Oracle technologies
Experience developing technical presentations which include architectural diagrams and graphics.
Experience writing and presenting business case and white papers, including experience developing Basis of Estimates and budgetary estimates.
Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud Interface (OCI)

The likely salary range for this position is $152,000 - $228,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary;
rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
