Litify is a legal operating system that helps law firms, corporate legal departments and government agencies run smarter. We work as a strategic partner to the customers we serve to bring them best-in-class applications built on top of the Salesforce Platform.


We are looking for an Intern to join our Partner Delivery Management team and help us to continue growing and managing our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will assist our Partner Delivery Managers in overseeing partner-led implementations, evaluating metrics, organizing our enablement materials, & much more!

What You’ll Do:



  • Assist in overseeing partner-led implementations and collecting key deliverables to ensure project success and drive on-time delivery

  • Define and implement partner delivery strategies to positively impact product satisfaction for all partner-led implementations

  • Evaluate and optimize partner performance on individual projects, ensuring partners have the tools, processes, and training required to deliver high-quality implementations.

  • Support our people and partners to be more successful by placing emphasis on documenting and educating those around you


What We’re Looking For:



  • A candidate actively enrolled full-time in a 4-year university working towards a bachelor's or master's in Business Administration, Computer Science, or another technology-related degree

  • Tech-savvy & motivated to learn new skills

  • Strong program management skills and process improvement skills

  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to leverage other subject matter experts to achieve team goals, proven ability to lead teams through adversity, and consistently motivate

  • Innate desire to document, templatize, automate and define a process around everything you do that is repeatable and set up for scale


Nice to Have:



  • Familiarity or experience working with Salesforce

  • Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence, JIRA, etc)

  • Experience with Google Suite products 


What We’re Offering:



  • Part-time work up to 20 hours per week until December 31st, 2022 with the opportunity for extension through the Spring 2023 semester depending on business need
