Why This Job: FP&A and Strategic Finance Analyst
As an FP&A and Strategic Finance Analyst you will be a welcomed partner in all aspects of the business, a key contributor to critical decision making, and a member of this organization’s financial SWAT team. You will have the exciting opportunity to guide strategic, operational, and financial decision making! What You Will Actually Do:
- Develop and prepare insightful reporting and analyses on a recurring and ad-hoc basis to communicate business performance to key internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and prepare monthly reports and forecasts, providing variance analyses and meeting with budget owners to discuss ongoing performance
- Facilitate the annual budget process within the finance team and cross-functional business partners
- Build unit economic models and business plans for new service offerings
- Model proposed relationships with business partners, including hospitals, health systems, and health insurance companies
- Inform and educate senior leadership of strategic activity, including M&A opportunities, industry assessments and growth initiatives
- Build and develop financial models, including clinical and operational models, 5-year projection models, and valuation models (DCF, transaction and trading comparables)
- Conduct due diligence and integration planning on potential acquisition opportunities
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar field
- 2-3 years of related experience (demonstrated quantitative/analytic skills)
- MUST HAVE similar experience in organization with over 200 employees/$20M revenue
- Any experience in Healthcare Services or Technology industry a plus
- High-level proficiency with analytics & modeling - Analytical Fire Power
- Advanced Excel Modeling and PowerPoint experience required
Where and How Much
- Target salary $80-95K DOE
- Unlimited PTO, 100% covered health benefits, 401k
- Hybrid or 100% REMOTE – office located in Denver
