Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive child development services and education in an environment in which children can develop personal relationships, experiment, make choices, solve problems, and develop age-appropriate social and self-help skills.
Function as the primary caregiver to assigned children, plan and participate in parent education and parent involvement activities.
Requirements:
Required Skills, Abilities & Education:
An AA/AS Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field is preferred.
Child Development Associate (CDA) must be obtained within 18 months.
Two years’ experience in a licensed Early Childhood program or
One year of experience in licensed Early Childhood facility and 60 hours of childcare training.
Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Montana driver’s license
