Our engineering orgs are growing exponentially in the US. As a Diversity Sourcing Lead, you will provide expert advice on effective diverse sourcing strategies to the Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Interns, drive attraction campaigns and execute diverse sourcing strategies and plans focused on passively sourcing high volume to niche candidates. As a Diversity Sourcing Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness.
What You Will Do:
1. Driving the design, development, and delivery of effective diversity sourcing plans with internal client stakeholders to attract and engage prospective diverse candidates
2. Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk
3. Attracting passive diverse candidates for pre-identified scarce and critical roles (talent pool framework) and delivering a positive experience through every candidate interaction
4. Analyzing return on investment on each diversity sourcing strategy per Business Unit
5. Mentoring and supporting each team member as necessary to achieve high performance
6. Monitoring and managing all team activity on a continuous basis, ensuring appropriate distribution of workloads across the team
7. Assessing the performance of Recruitment Sourcing Specialists with recommendations on performance ratings, financial incentives, and development requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree or above
2. 2 years of team leadership experience, preferably in diverse technical sourcing or recruiting capacity
3. Prior experience in the staffing industry or Corporate Recruiting, RPO, preferably with a global organization
4. Strong understanding of diverse sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic/deep web sourcing)
5. Leadership skills, specifically coaching, development, and influencing
6. Experience working with global/offshore sourcing models preferred
