Job Description
Law firm is located in Montebello, California. Our areas of practice are Immigration and Criminal Defense. We are looking for a BILINGUAL (Spanish) Immigration Paralegal to join our team.
Our caseload consists of Family Petitions, Removal Defense, DACA, U visas, Asylum, Citizenship, VAWA, Conditional Removals, SIJS, I-601 waivers, Bond hearings, Motions and Appeals to the BIA and 9th Circuit courts. The candidate must be familiar with these areas or capable to learn quickly.
Looking for organized individuals who can handle fast pace and heavy caseloads. Please provide a copy of your resume and be ready to schedule an interview as we are looking to fill this position immediately.
