ES2, a Structural and MEP consulting engineering firm with offices in multiple states, is seeking a full-time Business Development Associate. We specialize in providing engineering services for residential and commercial building projects. Our goal is to hire outstanding people from diverse backgrounds who share our core values and provide an environment for them to flourish.
The business development associate is responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts.
This is how you will be spending your days:
- Develop and implement a growth strategy focusing on financial gain and client satisfaction
- Produce professional grade marketing materials
- Review weekly project leads to identify potential new projects and clients
- Make sales calls to potential customers and referral sources
- Maintain business development portions of the company website
- Create engaging monthly marketing newsletters
- Manage and promote ES² via Social Media
- Produce and manage engaging YouTube content
- Maintain project marketing database
- Generate new project proposals
- Generate complete RFQ/ RFP packages
Your Talents & Education
- BS in Business Administration or closely related field is preferred
- 1 year in sales development
- Proactively fulfills duties with little direction
- Ability to communicate effectively while building client rapport
- Experience in AE industry is preferred
- Excellent time management and planning skills
