Entry Level Business Development Associate

We're looking for a hungry self starter to join our business development team. You will be helping the business development team analyze revenue opportunities, form relationships with other businesses, and make sales. Duties: - Selling our products to other businesses - Building relationships with other businesses - Taking classes & reading books to increase your knowledge - Looking for new business collaborations - Improving sales processes - Analyzing & improving customer retention - Setting up email campaigns & workflows - Analyzing & improve processes - Analyzing CRM data & build reports - Building excel dashboards - Coming up with marketing & sales strategies Who we are: Purple Rose Supply is a cannabis accessory startup located in Las Vegas. We value knowledge and growth over making quick money. We have a lot of fun, but also work really hard. We're still in the startup phases, so be warned: the job will be very hard with little pay! But in the end, you'll get so much more from working here than any other normal job. We've put people on the path to becoming engineers, growth marketers, etc. All with no previous experience. These jobs normally require a college degree, but we believe in human potential! We've also given stock options to all of our staff.
