Remote Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

A national insurance brokerage has a current position open for a Remote Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Be responsible for small to medium accounts
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, companies and brokers
Submit completed applications to appropriate carriers, filter questions, negotiate pricing, and review quotes for accuracy
Required Skills:

Requires 4-5 or more years of experience servicing Commercial accounts
Can maintain a Team Environment while working remotely
Able to report and monitor claims until closed
Can work with underwriters to amend coverage to meet client needs
Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
