Desktop Support



This position is responsible for providing IT supports services (hardware, software, and network support) across the network. The IT Desktop Support provides customer service and knowledge of the different products we provide. This position is the main contact for our internal staff to provide top quality support for end-users.



  • Support IT software solutions.

  • Support IT infrastructure.

  • Works on software or hardware deployment projects to support end users.

  • Documents installation and support procedures.

  • Installs, updates, and supports the various applications and devices for internal users.

  • Assists end users in diagnosing and resolving software issues.

  • Authentication solutions, MDM, phones systems, etc.

  • Perform and track hardware (laptops, docks, monitors, mobile devices, etc.) replacements.

  • Troubleshoots and provides solutions for systems, end-points, and infrastructure.

  • Set up and configure computers and peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.

  • Perform audits and tests on computer systems, networks and hardware to ensure it is functioning properly

  • Respond to support requests and assist in troubleshooting any problems that arise

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to avoid system outages and failures

  • Train end users on how to effectively use computer systems and components

  • Complete installs and upgrades on existing hardware.

  • Utilize internal service ticket system and provide daily updates on work progress.
