Human Resources Recruiting Specialist
Reports To
The Human Resources Recruiting Specialist will report to Human Resources Manager.
Job Overview
The Human Resources Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for general Human Resource functions that support the business including recruiting and hiring as well as driving the employment brand for the organization.
The role has additional opportunities for Human Resources growth and advancement.
Responsibilities and Duties
•Manage full-cycle recruiting based on staffing objectives.
•Develop and drive employment branding and the HR components for the website.
•Manage the Applicant Tracking program.
•Research and recommend compensation data with managers.
•Create and maintain job descriptions.
•Support the employee survey process and work alongside leadership to drive change.
•Payroll processing backup, as needed.
Qualifications
•Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or similar experience.
•Strong knowledge of hiring processes.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•High level of professionalism and discretion.
Physical Requirements
•Typically sits, grasps items, and performs keyboarding for the regular operation of a computer.
•Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about regularly.
•Lift, move or otherwise transfer items up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
•Occasional exposure to typical manufacturing production physical hazards.
