Looking for a Business Development Manager to work full-time working from our office in Tukwila.
Pay rate consists of $25.00 / hour, plus a GREAT commission package.
What You Will Do:
Prospecting and developing sales relationship with potential clients
Make 30 to 40 prospecting calls in an 8 hour day
Develop and maintain a client contact list
Generate your own leads and set appointments with decision makers
Close new business opportunities
Work directly with the Vice President of the Company to strategize and develop new business plan
What You Need:
State of Washington Security Guard Card – or willingness to obtain one (We will assist)
Knowledge of customers in commercial, industrial or Property Management fields
Strong work ethic does what it takes to get the job done-approach, while maintaining high ethical business standards
Must have professional appearance and demeanor
Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Listening skills to understand the client’s needs to be able to depict these needs in a proposal
Self-motivated, able to work independently and have a team mentality
