Growing Healthcare Association located in Skokie is seeking a hybrid Executive Assistant to support CEO with calendar management, meetings, correspondence, presentations and other projects as needed. Strong organization, attention to detail and flexibility are required for success in this role! Need to be tech savvy, proficient in MS Office, calm under pressure and ability to support company initiatives. Up to $75-80K, excellent benefits upon perm hire. Immediate interviews, hiring before December.



Job Duties:
  • Manage CEO calendar and work with CEO to understand and anticipate needs. Draft meeting agendas and compile documents as required

  • Research, prioritize and follow-up on incoming issues addressed to the CEO including confidential concerns. Recommend appropriate course of action including drafting correspondences as requested

  • Facilitate communication between CEO and staff units with consideration for CEO schedule, priorities, and expectations




Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in advanced administrative support

  • Effective time management; ability to multi task on projects with differing timelines

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Good communicator both written and orally

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (WORD, PowerPoint, Excel)
