PMX Aviation Services LLC is a small, family owned, aircraft maintenance company that has grown to be the largest 3rd party maintenance provider in the central pacific specializing in corporate and business aircraft.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Assist with AP/AR
- Assisting with and auditing payroll
- Auditing workorders prior to invoicing
- Work directly with technicians to handle their unique logistical concerns
- Shipping/receiving
Qualifications
- Must be based in West Hawai'i
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- As this is a remote/hybrid position, candidate must has possess the tools required to perform their job duties
- Candidate must have reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
