Location:Orlando, FL
We are a new, growing Human Services company looking for an innovative Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our HR team within Michigan, Kentucky and Florida! In this role, you will work alongside executives and staff to analyze and improve existing HR policies and procedures, ensure strategies align with objectives, and secure and retain excellent talent.
The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate a sound understanding of corporate culture, have excellent planning, organizational skills and interpersonal skills, as well as an eye for talent.
CHRO Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing strategies, policies and procedures, and reform them with the help of executives and staff
- Create new training and development programs
- Lead recruitment efforts and sit in on interviews with potential hires
- Supervise junior and senior staff and schedule meetings with them
- Contribute to health corporate culture that supports growth and equal opportunity
- Keep abreast of government regulations and public policies, and accordingly amend company policies
- Assist with the organization of team-building and staff development activities
- Brainstorm and implement incentives that increase staff morale and productivity
- Act as excellent brand ambassador at all times
- Other duties as assigned
CHRO Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, strategic management, business administration, or preferred field
- Professional HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) or similar is preferred
- Experience in both junior and senior HR roles
- Working knowledge of HR software systems
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR functions
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- The ability to engage with personnel at all levels of employment
- Strong planning and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
