As a **Cybersecurity Solutions Architect** , your responsibilities will include:

+ Designing, developing, implementing and/or integrating cybersecurity systems and system components including those for networking, computing, and software environments for systems spanning multiple enclaves/security domains and with differing data protection/classification requirements

+ Lead cybersecurity architecture efforts in support of GDIT Growth priorities

+ Identifying opportunities to build cybersecurity design into systems deployed to operational environments

+ Assisting architects and systems developers in the identification and implementation of appropriate cybersecurity functionality to support security policy and federate with enterprise solutions

+ Assessing current/forecasted customer demand to identify, innovate, design, and build strategies around new cybersecurity opportunities from end-to-end

+ Developing a flexible platform to allow for rapid integration of capabilities provides by new partners and/or emerging capabilities from GDIT's current Zero Trust partner landscape

+ Recognized as a subject matter expert in developing cybersecurity solutions for customers in the public sector market

+ Providing expert knowledge for the development of cybersecurity architecture designs to optimize mission effectiveness across all aspects of cybersecurity

+ Providing expert guidance and leadership to less-experienced personnel

+ Performing / reviewing technical security assessments of computing environments to identify points of vulnerability, non-compliance with established cybersecurity standards and regulations, and recommend mitigation strategies

+ May serve as a task or project leader (not a people manager)

**In order to be considered:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent STEM field and 5+ years of Cyber Security experience

+ Allowable Substitution for Bachelor's Degree is an additional 4 years of relevant experience

+ Demonstrated technical experience in at least one of the following: Zero Trust Architecture, Cyber Threat Hunting/Threat Intelligence Analysis, Cyber Operations, Secure Systems Engineering

+ DoD 8570/8140, IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or higher)

+ Active SECRET clearance and able to obtain/maintain Top Secret or higher

The likely salary range for this position is $144,000 - $216,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
