Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial activities including overseeing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular financial reports for management review.
- Coordinate with CFO for tax filings and audits.
- Assist in monthly reports to CFO.
- Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding paperwork and maintaining personnel records.
- Perform weekly payroll duties and maintain employee files and confidentiality.
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping and office management experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Some knowledge of HR procedures and basic understanding of relevant employment laws is a plus.
- Relevant certification or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required
