Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial activities including overseeing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular financial reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with CFO for tax filings and audits.
  • Assist in monthly reports to CFO.
  • Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding paperwork and maintaining personnel records.
  • Perform weekly payroll duties and maintain employee files and confidentiality.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping and office management experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Some knowledge of HR procedures and basic understanding of relevant employment laws is a plus.
  • Relevant certification or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required
