Description


The Campus and Diversity Recruiter will be responsible for providing sourcing and recruiting support for Citizens’ early career development and summer internship programs within our Business Services, Technology and Data Analytics groups and you will also play a key role in enhancing Citizens’ diversity recruiting strategies. Our diversity recruitment efforts currently focus on the following groups: People of Color, Women, Veterans, Individuals with Disabilities, and LGBTQIA.



This is an exciting role for someone who wants to have a hand in building early career and diversity recruiting strategies while also participating in the day to day execution of sourcing and recruitment efforts.



This individual will report into the Head of Campus Recruiting & Early Career Programs and will be a member of an agile recruiting and program management team.



Key responsibilities include to:





+ Develop and maintain relationships with the following groups: career services office employees, students, campus organizations, faculty as well as key diversity community-based partner organizations.



+ Implement campus recruiting strategies to fill early career full-time and summer internship positions.



+ Act as a primary recruiting point of contact with the HR Business Partners and business line leadership teams.



+ Consult with Talent Acquisition (TA) teams and business leaders to drive diversity and inclusiveness as well as assisting the bank in making progress towards our Affirmative Action Plan goals.



+ Educate the TA organization & key stakeholders on leading diversity recruiting practices.



+ Challenge current recruiting processes, bringing new ideas, with particular focus on improving candidate care & improving relationships with our target schools and key diversity-based community organization partners.



+ Coordinate Citizens’ participation in various diversity conferences, events and activities (for example, ALPFA, NBMBA).



+ Actively recruit internal business line colleagues to represent Citizens on campus, guiding these individuals on established recruiting procedures and protocols.



+ Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives. Partner closely with Business Resource Groups to help drive an increase in diversity employee referral candidates.



+ Maintain a constant and steady focus on the local marketplace and share local market intelligence with key business line stakeholders.



+ Present program performance reporting to key stakeholders, as required.



+ Utilize the applicant tracking system to capture all recruiting and hiring activity while maintaining appropriate documentation and ensuring compliance with local, and government legal requirements (i.e. OFCCP).





Qualifications




+ 2 or more years of experience as a Campus/University Relations Recruiter



+ 1 or more years of experience focused on developing and implementing diversity recruiting strategies



+ Ability to develop strong partnerships with business line stakeholders, college career services contacts and diversity-based community organizations



+ Proven recruiting strategy development and execution experience



+ Strong influencing skills and ability to multitask at a high level



+ Successful application of a variety of recruitment, attraction, selection tools and methodologies



+ Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo preferred)



+ Ability to travel 25-50%, particularly during high peak campus recruiting season





Education:





+ Bachelor's degree required





This role is eligible for remote work with a preference for east coast; however, travel will be required during peak recruiting seasons.
