**2 Year Minimum Direct Wholesale Beverage Sales Experience Required

Multiple daily commission opportunities through sales route. Ability to earn Commissions and Bonuses.

Central Distributors is seeking an energetic and self-motivated candidate to join our sales team.

Sales representatives are responsible for selling, servicing, and merchandising daily, assigned route. This position ensures that beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability are stocked and maintained with proper product levels. Sales representatives drive distribution by seeking out new opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Service a route within a given territory providing service to multiple store locations daily
• Covers route efficiently and able to open new account locations
• Ensure all company products are properly displayed
• Count, fill, merchandise, organize and refill back stock, coolers, shelves and displays
• Log inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Communicates inventory level with management
• Count and verify order completeness with customer
• Maintain designated back stock area at customer location; ensure area is organized and free of trash
• Build displays as required
• Communicate with sales staff any observed opportunities or challenges
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers
• Operate all company equipment safely and in a manner consistent with company policy
• Project a friendly, professional image at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Prioritize multiple, competing tasks

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments
• Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment
• Must be highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Must be able to read and write English Must be 21 yrs. or older to apply
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds; stoop, kneel, crouch
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must be willing to adapt to various environments including but not limited to: Cold (coolers), Grocery Stores, Enclosed spaces, and high places

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of previous Sales, Merchandising, or Customer Service in direct beverage sales required
• Valid driver's license and insurance with clean driving record
• Must be able to use own vehicle to travel
• Insured personal vehicle for transportation between accounts
• Must be able to communicate in English

Details:

• Monday – Friday
• Morning/Day Shift
• Weekends and nights as needed
• Commission and bonus
• $300.00 per month for gas
• No benefits are being offered

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• Direct Beverage Distribution Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
