National Sales Manager

Worldwide engine parts company based in Las Vegas is searching for a motivated National Sales Manager. The company specializes in providing unique, out of production or hard to find parts.The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and proven National Sales Manager who is ready to take the next step and lead our highly motivated team to achieve set sales goals, targets and revenue. Previous National Sales Manager experience preferred.The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies to increase sales to existing customers as well as develop new customers. Identify additional resources that would increase the company's revenue and profitability. A national sales manager conducts data and statistical analysis to determine pricing techniques, considering the availability of supplies and its market demands.Primary Duties & Responsibilities Promotes company products to engine rebuilders, auto recyclers and warehouses distributors. Coordinates activities with other sales personnel. Maintains and grows PER/WD accounts through additional line items and new customers. Assists in Quality Control resolving customer complaints. Generates new business through s, trade show attendance and on-site customer visits. Travels to customer sites. Attends trade shows. Primary ng sanctioning bodies Performs other duties, as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and other Requirements A Bachelor s Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience. Manager experience with telephone sales. Ability to communicate clearly and understandably, both in writing. Ability to deal with customers pleasantly and courteously. Knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft word excel. Some out-of-town travel to conventions and trade shows on site customer visits. Work in an industrial office environment.
