Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of a Fragrance Sales Associate is to provide unparalleled customer service by exhibiting and selling perfumes and beauty products. With your extensive product knowledge and keen interest in beauty, you will be able to offer personalized advice and recommendations to each of our customers. You will also participate in training sessions and seminars, elevating your own sales numbers and contributing to the department's overall success.

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and comfortable environment, whether it's through the decor, the music, or the friendly atmosphere
• Crafting and delivering targeted marketing campaigns targeting customer preferences can improve brand recognition and increase customer engagement
• When selecting a fragrance, it's important to consider your skin type. Oily skin tends to hold on to fragrances for longer, whereas dry skin will require more frequent application
• Ensuring that the stock is presented, organized, stored, and replenished correctly can significantly improve inventory management and performance
• Our client program is designed to help you build valuable connections with customers, outpace your sales objectives, and communicate information about product releases and special promotions
• Clients should have complete knowledge of all beauty services and products. Work with Beauty colleagues when necessary to deliver the best experience possible
• Make sure you attend pre-selling and sales-driving events to stay ahead of the competition and stay profitable in your industry
• To promptly manage damaged and tested product processing and conduct returns to vendors, sort the merchandise receipts. Afterward, examine selected products to be returned to the suppliers
• Point of sale technology, such as handheld equipment, enhances customer experiences by reducing wait times and streamlining processes.
• Asset protection measures and compliance procedures are in place to safeguard the organization's assets and prevent unauthorized activities

Qualification:
