A healthcare company has an open position for a Virtual Medical Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
Make calls to patients to collect outstanding Patient balances
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied clients, offering patient assistance and support
Position Requirements Include:
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Great active listening skills
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
A patient and empathetic attitude
Strong time management and organizational skills
Adaptability and flexibility
