A healthcare software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Family Medical Leave Customer Service Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Assisting clients, patients, and requestors with status of requests for disability and FMLA paperwork
Providing excellent customer service in a timely manner with accurate and concise information
Following procedures, guidelines, and policies set in place
Qualifications Include:

High school diploma or GED required
50 WPM
1+ year of call center experience
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient computer skills with software applications such as Microsoft Office
