Job Description:

Total Care Therapy is currently looking for a Full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Zanesville/Newark/Mt Vernon, OH area in an Assisted Living (AL) environment as well as within the community.

Our Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) uses a web-based documentation system that can be accessed from any internet-capable device. The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for performing Evaluations, 30-day Reassessment Visits, Recertifications, Discharges, and Treatment Visits. This position must be certified to provide services in the state of Ohio.

Prior home healthcare experience is preferred but is not required.

Compensation will be discussed in the interview process. Salary for this position is with a per-visit rate with each visit type allotted its own rate.
