About the Team

Want to be part of a startup within Walmart? Want to work on some of the hardest problems within Walmart? Want to be part of a team building one of the largest memberships in the planet?

Walmart+ functions as a startup within the larger Walmart Organization. As one of the fastest growing function within the Walmart organization - we value individuals who are customer obsessed, data-driven, and have a bias towards action. Your OKRs will be directly tied to the value you provide to our most loyal customers, and we welcome candidates who are up for the challenge.

As a Staff Product Manager on the W+ Product team, your charter will be to create and build out a product operations function to support the Walmart+ Member Experience Team. You'll leverage the best and latest tools to facilitate co-located and remote teams; and work with teams who develop experiences that have changed and will continue to change the industry. Innovating on the world's biggest stage, you'll get to support the mission to deliver customer-centric solutions before they walk in the physical and digital doors, after purchases, and every step in between. This is that place. This is Walmart.

As the biggest player in the game, we trust our associates to innovate the future of membership. If you are motivated by complex, purposeful challenges, being a Staff Product Manager at Walmart could be the fit you've been looking for.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Defining and developing best practices for product testing, both during the development lifecycle and for all active membership customer experiences.
  • Leading and driving the creation of product playbooks, to help drive best-in-class product delivery through mature and repeatable product development processes.
  • Supporting the Walmart+ product team to create and maintain business continuity plans and process in partnership with the Enterprise Business Continuity Team
  • Partnering to develop clear and compelling executive presentation materials for the Member Experience team to drive rapid information sharing with the goal of driving real-time outcomes and decisions, highlighting risks and issues along the way.
  • Leading and delivering on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization
  • Manage cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including Technology, Business, and Product partners.

You'll sweep us off our feet if...
  • You have experience in product and product operations, understanding deeply what best-in-class process, tools, and capabilities are to enable a world class product
  • You have experience in building and scaling subscriptions or memberships programs
  • You're highly excited about solving complex challenges and are data-driven in how you think and operate
  • You're customer-centric in spirit and in execution
  • You're a natural influencer and very comfortable leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly
  • You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team's products and ways of working.
