Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney
A top law firm is looking for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with a preference for Insurance Defense experience. The candidate must be motivated, reliable and able to work independently for a professional firm. The client is looking for a passion and drive for litigation that is matched with ethical critical thinking.
Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury and prefer a background in Insurance Defense
- Plaintiff Personal Injury experience in any area: auto accident, product/premises liability, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, etc.
- Have courtroom and deposition experience; trial experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience in insurance defense litigation preferred.
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
- Work closely with senior attorneys and partners.
- Required to be licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky
- Writing Samples required
