A healthcare benefits company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Claims Analyst.

Must be able to:
Learn, fully understand and perform the claims handling process and procedures related to CA/CI and Accident products
Handle claims appropriately to support our claim philosophy in accordance with policy provisions
Manage high volume of routine and semi-routine claims and phone calls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Must have at least 1 year of corporate office experience
Ability to review and understand medical records
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required
Ability to effectively communicate and explain contract definitions to insured both verbally and in writing
Provide outstanding customer service to the insured throughout their claim
Provide back up to Claim Assistants when appropriate for claim mail tasks
