We are an established adult ESL school in Waikiki accepting applicants for in-person teaching positions starting as soon as possible. We have a casual, fun and friendly atmosphere, with a diverse group of students and staff from all over the world. We pride ourselves on our spirit of Aloha and highly engaging communication-based approach. Applicants must be available all weekday mornings and afternoons. Experience with the Cambridge English exams (FCE and/or CAE) is strongly preferred. Facility with all levels from beginner to advanced is also a huge plus.Teachers work on a competitive pay scale based on qualifications and previous experience. Full-time teachers in the context of our organization can expect a minimum of 20 hours and up to 35 hours per week, with opportunities to supplement income with paid activities. All employees working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for healthcare and dental. Employees are eligible for 401(k) after one full year and 1,000 hours of work. Applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Master’s degree in TEFL or related field

• Bachelor’s degree in TESOL or related field and 3 months teaching experience

• Bachelor’s degree and CELTA certificate and 3 months teaching experience

• Bachelor’s degree and TEFL certificate and 6 months teaching experience

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years or more experience teaching English to adults in a classroom setting and TEFL certificate within three months of hire
