Associate Attorney with 2 years of plaintiff personal injury experience

Las Vegas office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 2 years of plaintiff personal injury experience. The candidate will be attending recorded statements and independent medical examinations with clients. Will be researching legal issues and topics. Discussing case strategies with other attorneys and staff. Negotiating and settling cases. Other attorney duties as needed. Should preferably have e knowledge of Plaintiff's Personal Injury practices and Personal Injury files. Should also have experience taking depositions of witnesses and experts; conducting Arbitration Hearings; writing Motions, and writing discovery. Completed a Short Trial and/or Jury Trial as lead counsel is preferred. Should preferably have knowledge of Plaintiff's Personal Injury practices and Personal Injury files. Outlook, Word, and Excel experience is required. Needles CRM helpful.
