Job title: Territory Manager

Compensation: $85-$95K, plus commission

Location and territory: Las Vegas

This exciting Territory Manager role is with a leading provider of building automation and energy management solutions for hotels, universities and government facilities. You will be responsible for creating end user demand before bringing in your channel partners to complete the sale. The successful candidate will have relationships and a proven track record in the hospitality, government and higher ed markets. Experience with building automation, HVAC, and energy management systems a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify customers within the assigned geographic territory that are within the defined customer segments.
  
• Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities that ensures achievement of assigned annual sales goals.


• Perform customer site inspections and attend pre-bid meetings as needed.


• Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure solutions meet customer needs prior to proposal presentation.


• Work to ensure customer satisfaction through sales and project delivery processes.

Job Skills and Qualifications:

• Three+ years of territory-based solution sales experience in one of the following markets: hospitality, government, colleges/universities.


• Experience with end user sales as well as selling through channels.


• Experience partnering with ESCOs, electrical, and mechanical contractors.


• Experience with building automation and/or HVAC systems a plus. Selling to similar buyers in industries such as elevator or integrated security could be helpful.
  
• Valid driver s license.
