We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.   • List and sell residential real estate
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Host open houses and other events
  • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures/ Guide clients through the closing process
  • Verify and disclose property facts to clients
  • Work leads appropriately via diligent CRM follow-up
  • Arrange meetings with prospective buyers
  • Interview buyers to understand what they’re looking for in a new property
  • Search active listings to find properties
  • Schedule property showings
  • Coordinate appraisals and inspections
  • Negotiate property repair requests and offers on behalf of the buyer
  • Draft and review documents and contracts
  • Stay current with real estate markets, trends and best practices
  • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
  • Attend daily Operations meetings
  • Be prepared for Accountability Conversations (Daily - Weekly)


  • Real Estate Sales Associate license (Active/current)
  • 2+ years of industry (real estate, property management, or other related fields) and Sales experience
  • High School Graduate
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Passionate about selling and providing exceptional service
  • Energetic and Driven to Succeed
  • Superior goal setting, planning and accountability skills
  • Dependable/Reliable, Prompt (on time) and trustworthy
  • Charismatic/Good people skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients
  • Ability to use or quickly learn R.E specific CRM & marketing/lead technology tools
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (articulate/well spoken)
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Works well autonomously and disciplined to work from home
  • Strong phone skills with ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Dedicated work space with, High-Speed Internet connection, desk (preferably height-adjustable), 2-monitors, webcam, Windows Operating System and a mouse

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
