The University Relations and Recruitment team plays an integral role in connecting the business with university students globally. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students showcasing TikTok's people, culture & technology through events and programs to attract and recruit high potential students.
The University Relations team is now looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to support Student Recruitment in the United States. This person will help with pipeline management, program structure, and attraction activities (building relationships with universities and third parties). This person will be responsible for supporting the development and enhancement of our early talent recruiting strategy, helping to build TikTok's student programs.

Responsibilities
- Lead and empower a team of recruiters to deliver full cycle early career-related activities, efficiently roll out early talent strategies in technical space.
- Develop and implement projects related to early career recruitment policy and process that have regional and global impact.
- Build trust and confidence with key stakeholders, to ensure delivery of target and management of process efficiency.
- Take a data driven strategy to provide insights into talent pipeline, develop recruiting strategy, and gain partner support.
- Work with the team to build a strong talent pool of high-potential candidates.
- Focus on diversity initiatives in the early talent space.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience working within university/campus recruitment or a related field.
- Passionate about campus recruiting and strong believer in bringing mutual win to early talent careers within TikTok.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Excellent recruiting and program management skills.
- Proven record in learning and striving in fast growing teams.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
