We are looking for a Sr. Accountant who:

• Lead the accounting processes of the company including financial reports, state and federal returns, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budget, invoicing and others, complying with the laws and regulations established by the Department of the Treasury and the IRS in the United States.
• Direct the efforts related to the preparation and sending of invoices to the company's clients.
• Direct collection efforts ensuring that they are handled within the terms established for customers.
• Supervise the preparation of the quarterly forms and others, ensuring the veracity of the information.
• Prepare monthly financial closings and distribute reports to designated internal staff.
• Prepare the income declaration forms following the times and regulations established by the Department of the Treasury and the IRS.
• Support the Management in the development of accounting reports and/or costs as required.
• Lead the payroll process.

Job requirements…

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Knowledge of Accounting Full Cycle.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in Microsoft Projects, preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Excellent communications skills.
• Operational analysis skills.
• Customer services skills.
