The TA Corporate Coordinator will play a critical role within the Talent Acquisition team recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and maintaining relationships and providing an exceptional candidate experience. The TA Corporate Coordinator will work aggressively to meet goals; will be service oriented, highly engaged, and driven by metrics. They will support the TA/HR team as necessary. This individual will report directly to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition.



What would you do in this role?



RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES, including but not limited to the following:




  • Administer the recruitment process from beginning to end




  • Utilize various tactics to source passive candidates for open positions




  • Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and collaborate to determine the candidate profile for the position posted and manage their hiring process




  • Evaluate the profiles of potential candidates by conducting preliminary phone screen assessments and reviewing digital assessments




  • Coordinate scheduling of onsite and remote interviews




  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to create and post advertising for open positions




  • Ensure a high level of professionalism when assisting all parties via phone, email, text, and in person




  • Responsible for all pre-employment activities which include initiating background checks and drug tests, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to all necessary parties




  • Ensure legal compliance of local, state, and federal laws by monitoring and maintaining records as required




  • Document information into our systems for tracking, trending, dispositioning, and monitoring candidates




  • Always maintain a high level of strict confidentiality




  • Coordinate offer letters, follow up correspondence, and onboarding process




  • Process Light Duty transfers and promotions of internal associates




  • Serve as a point person for associate questions




  • Provide support for reports/metrics




  • Other special projects and tasks as assigned





QUALIFICATIONS:




  • Bachelor s Degree




  • 2+ years Talent Acquisition experience must have experience in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates




  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, ever-changing environment that demands flexibility and creativity




  • Must demonstrate proficiency in internet navigation and web-based programs, including the Microsoft suite of products




  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills




  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills with high level of attention to detail that can meet deadlines effectively




  • A great sense of humor and a positive can do attitude




  • Self-starter who can work independently and takes pride in their work




  • The ability to demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies, and procedures
