Air Controls - Billings, Inc, Montana s premier HVAC, Plumbing, and Refrigeration Service provider is looking for a Part-time Service Department Administrative Assistance. If you are someone who is attentive to details, highly organized, energetic, and tech savvy - we want to talk to you!
This is a part time position starting at likely 5-6 hrs/day Monday - Friday, but the exact schedule is still to be determined.

Hourly wage dependent on experience.
Essential Functions
- Daily filing
- Assisting with small projects
- Assisting Service team with customer billings tasks
- Processing customer payments
- Assisting our with accounting tasks as needed
- General administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- HVAC related office experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong, positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Data-entry experience required
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test
