Gatik’s Talent Acquisition team identifies, engages, and selects outstanding engineering, operations, and administrative talent. At Gatik, recruiting is a shared ownership between our talent acquisition specialists who design and lead purpose-built practices to scale our teams and our business and technical leaders who define role and team fit expectations.
Together, we find, attract, and onboard outstanding team members to deliver our mission and scale our business. The Head of Talent Acquisition is also an internal champion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and a key steward of our culture and values.
