Seeking a Help Desk Representative for a busy Hospital Medical Center.
3-Month Contract with strong potential for Temp to Hire.
M-F, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the System Help Desk. Answers and documents calls placed to the help desk, documents problem resolution, and strives for first-call resolution for customers relying on the help desk.
Associates Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent related work experience.
2 -5 years of basic desktop and network technical support in a help desk capacity.
Proficient in troubleshooting telephone and desktop equipment systems.
Certified professional in computer maintenance and repair or equivalent work experience.
Healthcare experience highly desired
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Education:
Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
IT Help Desk: 2 years (Required)
Work Location: One location
