On Site Administrative Rep - Las Vegas

Overview:

• The purpose of this position is to be on site at the customer location to resolve any discrepancies (overages, shortages and incorrect product) related to TD SYNNEX shipments.
• Investigates discrepancies reported by the customer, carrier or TD SYNNEX.
• Works with freight carriers to ensure timelines are met
• Collects, maintains and provides detailed reporting to the customer's team
• Analyzes and researches data to recognize trends, areas of risk/concern, and uses information to drive process improvements.

Preferred Knowledge:

• Should have 1-2 years Logistics center experience
• SAP knowledge, Microsoft Office experience preferred

Preferred Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
