To continue our accelerated growth, we are currently looking for a fulltime recruiter located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Recruiter, who will be working remotely, will be responsible for sourcing participants in the Bay Area for a large scale in-person data collection project for new technologies and improving user experience.

Position is ideal for individuals with a formal recruitment background, individuals who have experience coordinating and organizing events, who are adept at using social media and building connections within local communities and organizational groups.

Recruit participants for the collection through various sourcing tactics, like social recruiting

Ensure all screening is done in accordance with project requirements

Advertise, design and place ads

Daily communication with project team

Communicate feedback and issues to Management


Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail

Ability to travel

Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner

Good networking abilities

General proficiency with computer and web applications

Proactive and energetic

Ability to work off hours and weekends if required

Contract until the rest of the year with possibility of extension.
